Bathies makes the only bath books with real stories — original rhyming tales averaging 250 words each, with a lesson in every one. Most bath books have a handful of words. Ours are long enough to actually read together, which turns bathtime from another task you do for your child into time well spent with them, reading. We also donate a portion of every sale to a children's charity you choose at checkout.

Yes. Bathies are independently tested and meet or exceed the safety standards set by regulators in the US and Canada, including ASTM F963 — the toy safety standard — and CPSIA lead and phthalate limits. We manufacture in small runs with trusted partners.

Care is simple: leave them open to air dry — that's all they need. A quick wipe with a sponge or cloth works too.

Bathies are sealed with no holes or openings, so water can't get trapped inside the way it does in squeeze toys. They're waterproof, so they won't warp the way board books do.
